Frank Muffin will be stepping onto the stage at the LONG Center in downtown Lafayette to play a supporting set on Thursday, November 4, 2021 before Gin Blossoms headline the night.
Gin Blossoms formed in the late 80s and had worldwide success and recognition with their 1992 album New Miserable Experience. Their songs exemplified the alternative rock vibe that makes the 90s a nostalgically beautiful era of music.
In complementary fashion, Frank Muffin’s musical style is heavily inspired by Gin Blossoms and other alternative artists from the same period. Hans has a similar craft of marrying somber lyrics with catchy hooks and melodies, though there are still some variants and curveballs he likes to throw in along the way.
